Despite whiteboards’ disadvantages, that cannot entirely influence the issues because the advantages can outdo all the non-constructive sides. Whiteboards are flexible to employ to those spaces that needs easy maintenance such as a small kitchens in homes to some huge meeting halls of the companies. They make confident ambiance with clean surrounding as well as offer the utmost comfort and exceptional visual presentation. And besides it does produce generate dust.

For whiteboard maintenance you can simply use standard dry-erase markers on the whiteboard. But be aware of some permanent markers, it should be avoided. After every use the board it must be erased or if the board is daily used then it has to be cleaned at least 3 times a week. If ever markings will not be erased immediately a smudge can cause ghosting effect. Cleaner must be non-abrasive (glass cleaner).

For non-magnetic whiteboards it is not necessary to clean prior to use, but magnetic whiteboards must be cleaned with a glass cleaner and rinsed with water before use. Use felt erasers and when the eraser becomes dirty, change it immediately so that it does not stain on the board. Magnetic whiteboards must be rinsed daily with water. For stubborn stains, stain remover can be used.
